Do you know anyone looking for work in Bedfordshire? There is a great course starting on Monday in Ampthill in Central Bedfordshire. It’s a 2 week free course and there is a guaranteed job interview for anyone who completes the course with Café Rouge or Strada at the new Center Parcs.
The course is being delivered by Central Bedfordshire College at the offices of Aragon Housing Association on Dunstable Street in Ampthill. It is an introduction to hospitality covering customer service, team work, communication and also interview techniques. The course runs for 10 days over 2 weeks and successful participants will receive a level 1 qualification in hospitality as well as 2 level 2 qualifications in health and safety and food hygiene. The College are working with Tragus to ensure the course informs students about the business and the job application and interview processes.
Tragus, who own the Café Rouge and Strada brands, are going to offer interviews to anyone completing the course for their job opportunities at new restaurants at Woburn Forest Center Parcs, due to open in Spring 2014. There are a range of jobs available including in the kitchen, waiting, front of house, porters and cleaners. Tragus are offering a good package as well as benefits with Center Parcs. No experience is needed – but lots of energy and enthusiasm!
